Fishy Business
Some foods have a strong smell, that not everyone appreciates – like fish. While it tastes great, fish tends to have quite a strong smell that doesn’t always agree with our noses. That’s why it’s important to open the windows when we cook and keep the house properly ventilated. We thought this was common knowledge, but once again, we were sorely mistaken.
It seems as if this person has a habit of cooking smelly dishes at odd hours – a habit his landlord wasn’t aware of when he rented out the place. Now, he’s found himself in a stinky situation. You can ask your tenants nicely not to cook during the night, but is that something you can pun in the lease? Probably not. It’s up to them to decide if they want to be considerate people, or keep eating fish in the middle of the night.
