If you remember, this isn’t the first time Dennis the landlord makes an appearance on the list. Judging by the previous exchange between the two, we shouldn’t be surprised to learn that Dennis is a needy landlord, the kind that needs to know about everything going on in the house or the building.

After discussing matters related to the apartment, Dennis texted his tenant once more. This time, he wanted to inform him the neighbors called to complain about noises coming from the apartment. Apparently, the neighbors weren’t the only ones with complaints – his tenant had some grievances as well, mostly about the neighbors’ dogs.
