Amusing and Confusing Texts Between Landlords and Tenants

It seems like one would need a Masters’s degree to figure out this text message. I mean, 12 hours away from a Masters and they can’t write or punctuate properly? We know texting isn’t for everyone, but this is just confusing. We’re not sure we fully understand this text message, but it almost seems like the landlord is trying to sell the house while the tenant is still living there.

We’re almost sure he’s talking about the Wi-Fi, but what does his academic achievements have to do with anything? And what’s with the sale thing at the end of the message? Who’s trying to sell what? Is he talking about the house, the Wi-Fi, or his degree? This might be the most confusing text message on the list, and that says a lot.
