For such a fashionable woman, she sure had a challenging time figuring out how to accommodate her growing belly. Of course, most pregnant women would not try quite so hard to dress as if they weren’t carrying precious cargo.

This beige, belted dress might have been cute as a non-maternity outfit. However, the cut did nothing to flatter Kim’s voluptuous, pregnant belly. Even Kim later admitted that this wasn’t her best fashion moment. The dress and stiletto shoes could not have been at all comfortable, either. Sometimes it’s better to just stick to sweatpants.
