Pirates of the Caribbean holds the record for the most expensive movie ever made, costing a whopping $378.5 million! But guess what? It sailed straight to success, raking in over $1.046 billion at the box office, and Johnny Depp scored $55.5 million for his role as Captain Jack Sparrow.

The cast and crew got to keep souvenirs from the set; rumor has it nothing was left behind. You can still spot remnants of the 2003 set from The Curse of the Black Pearl in St Vincent.
