There is a lot of pressure associated with baking for Thanksgiving dinners. There is almost always going to be someone that has something to say about the way your pie crusts looks or the way in which your filling hasn’t actually set. Whatever, as Taylor Swift once said, “Haters gonna hate”.

But this cheesecake is just begging people to criticize it. I mean, this takes the saying “burnt to a crisp” to a whole new level. This cheesecake is so burnt that it honestly looks like a very dark Oreo cheesecake. Now that is something I could get around.
