All hotels are not made equal. It’s important to remember because sometimes guests show up to a hotel expecting certain commodities that the hotel simply doesn’t offer. Someone pointed out that not all hotels have mini-fridges in each room. A lot of smaller chains like Holiday Inn and Ramada don’t have room fridges included at their smaller locations. 

While this is generally a bummer for some hotel guests, it’s a huge drawback for others. Hotel guests who need to refrigerate insulin and other medications can get upset when they learn their rooms don’t come with a mini-fridge. This is a bummer, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared and call ahead to make sure the hotel has everything you need.
