#6: Stretching a Dollar
This person brought up an interesting way to decipher if the hotel you’re staying at is a quality establishment or if they’re on the cheaper side. If the sheets and towels are on the thinner side, chances are the hotel you’re staying at doesn’t really value your experience as a guest. You might be asking, “Why?” This person explains, and it makes a lot of sense.
This poster’s family owns a couple of hotels, and they always spend a little extra money buying new sheets and towels when their supply gets even slightly worn. Consultants always tell them they can make supplies last longer, but it’s an excellent detail they insist on spending money on since it adds value to the customer experience. Quality is all in the details, and we think this is a really lovely touch.
