#19: Quicken Loans’ Dan Gilbert and Jennifer Gilbert
After graduating from Michigan State University, life took a turn when she embraced the role of a devoted mother, raising a brood of five children alongside her husband, Dan. However, the siren call of her passion soon beckoned, and she embarked on a journey back into the professional realm when her youngest took those first steps into preschool.
In addition to shaping spaces for Quicken Loans, she and Dan joined forces to create the Gilbert Family Foundation, a nonprofit on a noble quest to uncover a cure for neurofibromatosis. This genetic disorder hits close to home as one of their own children grapples with its challenges.
