It sounds like this kid has finally found out the truth about Santa Claus, and he isn’t happy about it. We can see why a kid might feel betrayed to find out his parents have been lying to him about Santa Claus, and that they’re the ones who’ve been leaving him presents under the tree every year on Christmas.

And kids have a tendency of being a tad too dramatic, throwing around radical statements such as “you ruined Christmas” and “I hate you.” I’m sure that within a week he’ll forget all about it, but hearing statements of this kind from your kid isn’t fun.
