I get the whole idea of decorating bombs to make them seem more palatable or patriotic or whatever, but using a movie star’s image seems a little… extreme. And poor Rita – I can’t imagine how she must have felt seeing her face plastered all over such a destructive weapon. It’s truly bizarre and twisted. 

But hey, at least Rita was a total badass and spoke out against the whole thing. It’s comforting to know that even in the midst of all that madness, there were still some stars who stood up for what was right. Hats off to you, Rita – you may have been a bombshell, but you were definitely not a bomb!
