Oh, how we feel bad for this person. Not really. The water can present a sketchy situation depending on the country you visit as some countries don’t have clean running tap water. Most of the countries lacking this precious resource normally provide bottled water free of charge, to accommodate their populations and tourists.
In the case you are visiting somewhere that doesn’t provide bottled water, you could resort to other drinks and cocktails as this tourist did. However, they left a poor review because they “had” to drink cocktails all week and couldn’t remember their holiday because of it. Pretty sure that cocktails aren’t going to hydrate you in place of water, and you don’t have to do anything. That may have been a bad choice, but it was their choice.
