Open House: Real Estate Agents Share Their Juicy, Comical, and Ludicrous Stories

Just what is it with kids behaving wildly during a listing? Do parents not teach their kids how to behave properly or something? This one is utterly baffling, and I just hope that the kid was really young and had no idea about how to use the toilet. If not – it’s terrible! I wish I was a fly on the wall to see the realtor’s reaction.

However, the fact that the other realtor referred to it as “the poop incident” is absolutely hilarious. It makes it sounds much more serious than it is! Let’s just hope they managed to clean the poop – and the smell – out of the bedroom before they sold it to the next owners.
