Whenever an apartment or dorm complex wants to change something, be wary. New plans to update almost never go according to plan, and there’s usually some kind of headache to go along with the update. This person received a lovely surprise when they got back to their dorm one day after class. New and improved locks!

Oh, we forgot to mention something about these new locks. Absolutely no one knew how to open the new-fangled door handles. Each door was installed with a keypad and a finger scanner, but none of the students or staff knew the codes to open them. They were locked out of their own rooms for a few hours before someone was provided with the new access codes. We love an organized implementation plan!
