#39: Holiday Poutine
For whatever reason, poutine has never really caught on in the United States. Our neighbors to the north sure love it, though. This restaurant in Canada put a holiday twist on classic poutine by making a “Christmas dinner” themed dish. It might look gross, but let’s take a minute to analyze the ingredients, shall we?

Now that we think about it, that sounds absolutely delicious. Throw that all on a pile of hot fries, and we have ourselves a brand-new Christmas meal. We’re team poutine. Let’s make it a thing in the States.
