Spooky Buildings That Put Us in a Halloween State of Mind

If I’m traipsing through the woods and see this house, I’ll be trekking back right the way I came. But that’s just me; some people might be compelled to approach it! I’m sure there is a human-sized oven somewhere in this monstrosity. Designed by Sebastian Pitoń, this witchy lair is nestled in the foothills of the Tatra Mountains in Poland, along with several others.

The interior architecture is stunning, however. Each piece is hand-carved, and the rooms and doors are more intricate than you can imagine. I highly recommend looking the architect up and perusing his work. This house became so popular on Internet forums (for obvious reasons), that even Snopes had to weigh in and verify it was real!
