As dawn broke on Saturday, the family of little Charlee unveiled the news that their cherubic toddler was still under the watchful eyes of the hospital staff. Miraculously, she was faring well. Even the stern-faced Sheriff Tinnell couldn’t contain his relief, his voice filled with gratitude. “It’s a pure joy knowing she’s safe and breathing.
