‘The Museum of Curiosities’ Twitter Page is as Disturbing as We Expected

Nowadays, homes are built simply and quickly, with pros and cons, but back then, they could be true works of art. We love visiting old buildings because there are so many details in their paneling and moldings that you never get tired of looking at them… 

If this is what the locks looked like back then, we can’t imagine how detailed the rest of it must be. Nowadays, it would be impossible to get anything like this done. We wonder if there are even craftspeople capable of doing this today… And if there are, we don’t even want to know how much they charge.
