#42: Fancy Mineral Water
Where do you stand on the great water debate? We’re constantly bombarded with messages about the importance of staying hydrated and drinking enough water. And so, we do our best to make sure we’re consuming the best water possible. We fork out a small fortune on fancy mineral water, convinced that it’s the key to optimal health.
But then, when it comes to making ice, we fill the tray with plain old tap water. It’s like wearing designer clothes but then pairing them with cheap knockoff shoes. Sure, it may look good on the surface, but in reality, it’s a little bit ridiculous. So, next time you’re tempted to buy that fancy mineral water, ask yourself – is it really worth it? After all, if you’re just going to dilute it with tap water in your ice tray, maybe you’re better off sticking with the good old H2O from your faucet.
