Battle With a Bear
Lee Ann went flying off the deck and hit her head on the concrete, her head spinning as she felt the hard surface under her. She didn’t react; she only stared up in shock that it had even happened in the first place. Was this really happening? Was she really being attacked by a bear? Faster than she could keep track of, the bear charged forward at her again, it wasn’t done with her yet, it must have felt just as protective of its cubs as she was of Smokey.
