Hospital Rush
The paramedics rushed in with a stretcher, and soon both she and Smokey were being taken to their respective hospitals for treatment. The truth was, Lee Ann was more worried about Smokey than herself, though when she had last seen him, he seemed mostly okay. What his exact state was she wouldn’t know for some time, though. While she was in the ambulance, her husband was contacted to come back to town and meet her at the hospital.
