#25: Crumbling Infrastructure Is a Bad Look
I’m sure their excuse was along the lines of “modern” and “artsy,” but buildings should look strong, not as if they could crumble at any moment. King Power MahaNakhon is a skyscraper located in Bangkok, Thailand. It has 79 usable floors and opened in 2016. Their power bill must be astronomical at night with all of those high-powered beams pouring out.

This isn’t just an office building. It also has a hotel, apartments, restaurants, shops, and a public observatory! The housing is high priced, ranging from $1.2 million to over $14 million depending on square footage, and is considered the highest priced luxury real estate in Thailand. I can see why!
